Consultation appointments are required for all Morpheus8 patients. During your consultation appointment we will take photos, review consent forms and discuss pain management. Your treatments will be scheduled 4-6 weeks apart, and you will have a follow up visit with Dr. Menezes after treatments are complete.

What is treatment like? Does it hurt?
Let’s be honest, yes, Morpheus8 treatment can be painful. However, Your safety and comfort are our highest priorities, and our pain management options are incredible. Most patients report minimal discomfort because we apply numbing cream with 23% lidocaine for one hour before treatment. We also offer Pronox (laughing gas) to ensure you feel calm and comfortable throughout your procedure. Even so, you may feel some discomfort in sensitive areas.
Can I wear makeup after treatment?
Morpheus8 penetrates the deep layers of the skin and patients should refrain from makeup for at least 1-2 days after treatment. Gentle skincare and mineral sunscreen are recommended.
What kind of post-treatment care is needed after Morepheus8?
Patients should gently cleanse and moisturize the treatment area and consult with Dr. Menezes about other skin care products. Patients should avoid direct contact with the sun and use a broad spectrum, mineral sunscreen daily. In addition to protecting the skin, daily sunscreen use will prolong results, reduce the risk of skin cancer, and premature aging.
