Practicing self-care and helping others show love and kindness toward themselves is a guiding philosophy in my medical aesthetics practice. To help you incorporate more self-care into your routine outside of the clinic, I have created the Self-Care Corner where I share books, apps, activities, and recipes you can use to incorporate more self-care into your practice at home.

This month I am sharing books and apps I’ve recently read or keep close by when I need to take a minute for myself. These resources have helped me me create mental space, practice personal development or have inspired me to think and act differently. I hope you will find them as helpful as I have. Happy self-caring!
